REAL 360 employs several exit strategies for the assets it plans to purchase from you.  Our primary objective is to identify cash-flowing assets conducive for long-term holds followed by disposition of assets that have been rehabbed or are ready for resale.  Asset disposition is managed by REAL 360’s real estate brokerage through an extensive investor and Realtor database.
