REAL 360, LLC was founded in 2007 and is a real estate investment management company positioned to address the daunting task of efficiently removing distressed and non-performing residential and commercial real estate assets from Banks and Servicers who are in critical need of creating and maintaining liquidity in an uncertain market. 

REAL 360 has a “no nonsense” approach into every potential transaction as a principal purchaser of these assets.  We currently are looking for sustainability to become a program purchaser with 2 deployments per month.  With physical footprints in Los Angeles and in the Greater New York area, REAL 360 is in touch with the nationwide real estate market and is nimble in its ability to act on assets no matter where they are in the country.
